Guided Couples Meditation, beginning your journey together with simple, guided techniques to quieten the mind, drop into the present moment, and cultivate a shared sense of calm. Learn how to be truly present with your partner, creating a foundation of peace for deeper connection.
Conscious Touch and Massage
Learn easy, yet powerful massage techniques that you can confidently practice at home.
We move onto Mindful Touch, ensuring every massage stroke is an act of care, communication, and focused intention. I will teach you a nurturing, stress relieving sequence. This workshop is an opportunity to strengthen communication, build trust, and ignite a deeper sense of emotional and physical closeness.
