Meditation and Sound Bath Experience

A Group Meditation and Sound Bath is also available to book.

The goal is to quieten the mind, release physical tension and shift your brain waves into a state of deep relaxion.

You simply lie comfortably and let the sounds of the Tibetan and Crystal bowls and Gong gently wash over you and take you into a dreamlike meditative state. You may feel physical vibrations in your body or experience emotional releases or simply wake up feeling incredibly refreshed.
