24 hour Notice Required:
Please provide us with at least 24 hour's notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us time to offer the slot to another client waiting for treatment.
Missed Appointments: No Shows:
We reserve the right to charge the full fee for any appointments that are charged without prior notification.
First Time Client Deposit:
To secure your initial booking You are required to pay for the treatment in full. If you cancel within 24 hours and reschedule you will not lose your payment.
