Cancellation Policy

Please provide us with at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us time to offer the slot to another client. We reserve the right to charge the full fee for any missed appointments without the 24 hour notice.

At Hands On Massage Therapy, we understand that life happens and we take the reason for missing an appointment into consideration such as a medical emergency. If that is the case, you will not be charged and we can reschedule.

First Time Client Deposit:

To secure your initial booking you are required to pay for the treatment in full. If you cancel with at least 24 hours notice you will be able to reschedule and will not lose your payment.
