Cancellation Policy

Please provide us with at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged the full service fee. No shows and same day cancellations are non refundable. Late arrivals will result in a shortened session ending  at the original scheduled time, with no adjustment in fee.

First Time Client Deposit:

To secure your initial booking you are required to pay for the treatment in full. If you cancel with at least 24 hours notice you will be able to reschedule and will not lose your payment.
