Our Policy at a Glance:
24 hour Notice Required:
Please provide us with at least 24 hour's notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us time to offer the slot to another client waiting for treatment.
Missed Appointments: No Shows:
We reserve the right to charge the full fee for any appointments that are charged without prior notification.
First Time Client Deposit:
To secure your initial booking, all new clients are required to pay a
£25:00 deposit when scheduling their first appointment. This deposit is applied directly to the cost your treatment.
