Full Body Reiki Session

 Reiki is a safe, gentle, non-intrusive hands on healing technique, which uses spiritual energy to treat physical ailments without using pressure, manipulation or massage. It is a holistic system for balancing, healing and harmonising all aspects of the body, mind, emotions and spirit.

 

During a session, you will sit in a comfortable chair or lie on a massage treatment couch, fully clothed. I will then place my hands lightly on or over specific areas to channel the energy to the needed areas, to bring physical, mental or emotional balance.
