Evening Retreat

The Evening Retreat is a very small group size designed for couples or singles, ideal for those who maybe overwhelmed in larger groups,the number of people attending will be four.

The evening will begin with easy  mindful streching movements to release any body tension,  a seasonal ritual will take place gathered around a firepit setting positive intentions and releasing anything that no longer serves your purpose.This will be followed by a relaxing Soundbath Experience. Sit in one of my comfortable seats at the hands on cabin and relax with a cosy throw and pillow as I play soothing Tibetan and Crystal singing bowls and other relaxing instruments to help you drift into a meditative state. 

Upon waking, a cup of cacoa will be served as you ponder and if you wish you may share your spiritual journey.
