The Return to Center, a half day Sister Circle Immersion
This intimate half day retreat is a sacred invitation to step away from your usual daily routine and return to yourself. In this supportive sanctuary of a sister circle, we will gently tend to your spirit through a beautiful three part journey of release and renewal.
If you are new to sister circles it is a modern revival of an ancient global tradition where women would gather in circles often around fires, or during certain moon phases to support one another, pass down wisdom and share the weight of life.
In a sister circle everyone is equal every women's voice, story and presence carries the exact same importance.
When women sit in a circle and hear others speak their truth, a magical thing happens the shame, isolation melts away. Hearing another sister speak of her troubles, worries and fears makes everyone realise " I am not alone in this. I am not failing,
I am human. I invite you to join me in a supportive warm community space where you will be heard and cared for.
Your Immersive Experience includes:
- Mindful Movement to move out of our busy minds and into our bodies with slow, intuitive every day stretches designed to open the heart, release physical tension and restore fluid motion.
- The Firepit Transformation Ritual. Gathering in a circle around the sacred fire, you will be guided to witness, release, and burn away the hidden burdens, roles or expectations that no longer serves your spiritual growth.
- Sound Bath Journey. After the releasing ceremony, we will retire to the garden and lie or sit down and relax comfortably as you listen to the earthy tones of the Tibetan bowls and the Crystal bowls. This journey seals your healing directly into your cells.
Leave feeling grounded, deeply restored and lighter in your own skin.

Mats and pillows will be provided, if you have a favourite mat or chair please do bring it along for your comfort.
