A Retreat Day is a full day dedicated for you to step back from your usual routine, offering a brief opportunity to reflect and engage in activities promoting well being.
No two Retreat Days are the same.
The Retreat Day can include:
- 1 hour of mindful yoga/pilates
- 20 minute session of relaxing massage
- 20 minute insightful tarot reading
- 1 hour of spiritual meditation/breathwork
- lunch and refreshments to include herbal teas and coffee
- Sound Therapy

This intimate retreat experience is created for you to step away from your usual routine, and indulge your mind, body and spirit in some well deserved self care.
