A Monthly Invitation to Unwind
An intimate evening of warmth, movement, sound and stillness.
As the days turn cooler and the evenings draw in, I am opening up my space once a month for a very small, quiet gathering.
If life has felt a little too loud, fast or demanding lately, consider this your personal invitation to step away. There are no expectations here, no dress codes, and nothing you need to achieve. Just a soft place to land.
What to expect:
Mindful Movement
As a small group we will begin with a gentle stretching sequence to help us to let go of any tension that we may have accumulated throughout the day.
Fire Pit Ritual
We will be gathering around the fire pit and writing upon a piece of paper all of those things we know that no longer serve us and offer it up to burn in the fire, leaving you feeling less burdened as we continue to ground ourselves and let the day fall away.
Immersive Sound Bath
Heading indoors (or remaining cosy by the hearth, weather dependent)
I will host a relaxing Sound Bath designed to soothe your nervous system into deep rest.
Warm Ceremonial Cacao
We conclude the evening gently with a heart opening cup of warm cacao to bring you fully into your body and the present moment.
The details
Strictly limited: Intimate group 4- 6 people to keep the keep the space safe, quiet and personal.
When: Once a month, starting late September.
What to wear: Absolute comfort comes first, cosy socks lounge wear or even your favourite PJs are warmly encouraged.
Venue: Hands On Garden
7pm - 9pm
