Half Day Retreat
This half day retreat is designed for you to take a break from your daily routines and responsibilities and immerse yourself in some simple activities which I have put together to help you feel more yourself once more. Join me as we leave our outside obligations behind and connect with our spiritual self.
The day will leave you feeling relaxed and grounded ready to meet the future with a renewed sense of clarity.
Your day will include
- Mindful Movement to move out of our busy minds and into our bodies with slow, intuitive stretches designed to open the heart, release physical tension and restore fluid motion.
- The Firepit Ritual We will gather in a circle around the sacred fire, you will write down on a piece of paper your hidden burdens, roles or expectations and step forward to burn that which no longer serves your spiritual growth
- Sound Bath Journey. After the releasing ceremony, we will retire to the garden and lie or sit down and relax comfortably as you listen to the earthy tones of the Tibetan bowls and the Crystal bowls. This journey seals your healing directly into your body reaching your very core.

Mats and pillows will be provided, if you have a favourite mat or chair please do bring it along for your comfort.
Refreshments will be available and are included in the cost.
