- 20 minute session of relaxing massage
- 20 minute insightful tarot reading
- 1 hour of spiritual meditation/breathwork

This intimate half day retreat experience is created for you to step away from your usual routine, and indulge your mind, body and spirit in some well deserved self care.
No two Retreats are the same.
The Retreat will include:
- Breathwork and mindful movement
- 45 Min Massage Each
