I am Tracey Hooper and I qualified as a massage therapist in 2005. My aim is to support your health and wellbeing requirements through Holistic and Sports Massage Therapy.

If you have an injury or are recovering from an operation, then I can support you with a sports massage or a range of specialist recovery treatments, designed to improve your flexibility, mobility and rehabilitation. If relaxation is your aim, I offer a beautiful range of therapies to help bring you into a state of calm and balance, promoting a sense of mental and physical wellbeing, reducing stress and anxiety.

I am based at home in a log cabin, in a secluded countryside setting, offering a cosy retreat far from the everyday hustle and bustle.

Cancellation Policy

Hands on Massage accepts that there are times when, due to unforeseen circumstances, appointments made need to be postponed or cancelled. Where less than 24 hours notice is given, a cancellation fee will be asked for.

Late Arrivals

Please note that if you are 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you 15 minutes or more into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a 'no-show' and will be treated as a missed appointment.

Refund policy

New clients will be asked to pay a deposit of £25 for their first treatment. This will be refunded in the event that the appointment is cancelled with more than 24 hours notice. If the cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice, the deposit will be non-refundable.
